'Quality of Nappies:

ENS nappies are great quality, very durable, many options for sizes to fit different children. We never receive any nappies with broken snaps or loose elastics they are always in great condition

Cleanliness of the nappies:

The nappies always come spic and span – even the white lined ones are spotless. 

Professionalism:

ENS staff are always very friendly and easy to approach on site if we need to during a nappy drop off/pick up. Solange is always on hand to answer any queries we have and immediately responds with a quick follow up!

Service Punctuality:

ENS is always on track with their arrivals during the week, and if we are running low we always know and can rely on the fact that we’ll have a delivery very soon. ENS is also so accommodating to prioritise a drop off if we are running low on nappies the day before.

ENS is an incredible service for our centre. The quality of the whole service from product, to delivery/pick up, and cleanliness. Liaising with Solange for any matters is seamless and prompt. She is always on the other end of the phone or email ready to follow up any queries we may have – extra wipes, more pull ups, priority deliveries, she is always ready to help. Solange has also been great to chat with and get more information from if parents have queries about nappy cleaning, materials, nappy rash.'
