How does your service work / What's included in your service?
Simply book your service on our wesbite (Or you can book an initial consultation to show you how to use our system) From there we will provide you with a weekly delivery service that supplies you with everything you need to use our cloth nappy system including: nappy liners, prefold nappies, nappy covers, bin liner, bin deodoriser and nappy bin.
After each use simply tip any solids into the toilet, then pop the liner and prefold into the bin provided and the nappy cover can be wiped clean and reused until it needs a wash. Then on your pick up day you will tie up the bag of used nappies and leave them out for collection where it will be replaced with your fresh set of nappies for the next week, it's really that simple!
Do I need to soak the nappies?
No, just pop them straight into the bin provided.
How many nappies will I need?
Between 50-70 nappies per child depending on their age and stage. We can adjust the amount to suit your needs at no extra cost. Extra snappi's can be purchased from our Shop section if required.
What do I do with the nappies when we are out?
Wet bags are perfect for storing the used nappies in until you get home then just empty the wet bag into the bin provided. Wet bags can be wiped clean or turned inside out and popped into the washing machine. Wet bags can be purchased from our
What happens if some nappies get lost or damaged?
Nappies that have normal wear and tear (are badly stained or torn) will be replaced during rotation, nappies that are lost or damaged by client carelessness will incur a fee.
Is your nappy laundering service sanitary?
YES!!! Nappies are washed using a product calleld Mega Pur which has no nasties but all the things we need to make sure our nappies are hygenically disinfected. You can ready more about it and see the certificate under the header "which products do you use to launder the napppies?"
Do my nappies get washed with other people's nappies?
Absolutely not. Each family's nappies are washed separately, however if your child has a tummy bug please let us know so we can take extra care.
What if we go on holiday, will I still have to pay?
No, just get in touch and we can put your service on hold.
